If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Returns are not free, we advise
all customers to use a tracked service. Please return to the address below with your name and order number marked clearly on/in the parcel.

We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with a return cable tie, that makes the
item ineligible for a return if removed. Tags must also be intact.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days, like returns they are not free. We do however pay for the cost of the postage back to you
(this does not apply to international customers). If you have received your order and would like to exchange for a different size please email us at
hello@twinty.co.uk and we will arrange this for you once we receive your parcel back.
Should you need to exchange before Shipping, please contact
hello@twinty.co.uk. We can not guarantee your request will be seen ahead of shipping so please beware you are
ordering the correct item at the first point of ordering.
